The intended use of this service is for volunteer neighborhood leaders to be able to easily and quickly contact their residents regarding items of neighborhood interest such as meeting agendas, newsletters or emergency information.

Disclaimer for use:

This service is provided only for communication between organizations in the City's Neighborhood Conservation Program and their residents. Requests will be sent directly to the private e-mail account of the neighborhood organization leader who is responsible for maintaining the membership list. Communication from the neighborhood leader will go directly to the private e-mail account of the subscriber.

The use of this service shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines created by the NCP Executive Committee.

The City does not read, review or respond to these e-mail messages or maintain or retain an e-mail database for this service. The City does not regulate this service or retain copies of communication sent between residents and their neighborhood leaders.

The city of Overland Park is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any use of this service.
